Finished listening to the episode. Good stuff. On the pancreas transplant idea, I am not a surgeon but I believe the patient would need to be on anti rejection medication like tacrolimus for the rest of their life. Still dependent on pharmaceuticals supply chain with the addition of immune suppression. Could be more complicated than that, but that’s this general practitioner’s thought on it. Keep doing the Lord’s work!

Happy to hear about the clinical skills class. MechMedic is doing his inaugural Guerrilla Clinic Foundations class this coming weekend and was kind enough to invite me to assist. Really looking forward to sharing my bread and butter from what I call the “sustainment” medical skill set.
